Retails Supervisor

- To lead and overseeing the overall retails operation function & sales performance, involving duties in supervisory, opening and closing store, duty roster, hiring, interview, training, staff evaluation, cash handling of daily sales, merchandising restocking, reports etc…
- Pleasant personality, good communication skills, able to converse in spoken bahasa malaysia, local dialects, English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Experience in retail trade or with retail promotional background would be asset.
Able to work in shift including weekends and Public Holiday.
- Work Location: The Spring Shopping Mall, Kuching, Sarawak.
- Retailing in Aquatic Swimwear and it related products accessories…
- Demonstrating and providing information on promoted products/services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail sales is added advantage
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision and work as part of a team.
- Able to work in shift including weekends and public holiday
