Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness
• Create engaging content for various online channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website
• Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth
• Create and manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to enhance customer interactions and loyalty

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the marketing industry
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or business
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
