Storekeeper

Job Description:

• Ensure that the control of stock in and out of equipment and goods is meticulously recorded, verified, stored, and labeled.
• Conduct thorough checks to confirm that all equipment and goods are in optimal condition before delivery to customers or deployment to the site.
• Arrange transportation for the delivery of equipment and goods to customers or designated sites.
• Oversee the issuance of Delivery Orders (DO) and all inventory documentation utilizing the Autocount System.
• Prepare daily and weekly store reports for management review.
• Coordinate and document the annual stock check process.
• Assist in the scheduling of work for technicians.
• Aid in the loading and unloading of equipment and goods.
• Address and resolve issues related to stock management.
• Basic knowledge of audio-visual systems and electrical concepts is advantageous.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as directed by management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least an SPM certificate or a Diploma.
• Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A minimum of two years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
• Essential skills include proficiency in the Autocount Accounting System and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), as well as familiarity with internet applications.
• Experience in the Audio, Visual, and Lighting field will be considered an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Permas Jaya, Johor.
• The ability to work both collaboratively and independently is essential.
• Candidates should demonstrate responsibility, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a capacity for rapid learning.
• Punctuality and a good attendance record are mandatory.
• Preference will be given to applicants who can join on short notice or immediately.
