Equipment Engineer

Job Description

1. Support and maintain Advantest V93k testers and TEL probers (e.g., TEL Prexio XL & TEL Prexa).
2. Troubleshoot tester-prober interface issues (e.g., contact fails, alignment, comm errors).
3. Perform routine PMs, calibrations, and correlation runs.
4. Ensure test equipment uptime and fast recovery during downtime.
5. Collaborate with Product Engineers on test cell stability and yield improvements.
6. Coordinate with vendors for tool maintenance and upgrades.
7. Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.

Job Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering or above.
2. Fluent oral and written skills in English.
3. Product definition, yield analysis, wafer process and semiconductor knowledge, ATE/SLT testing methodology, project management.
4. Capable of working with cross functional teams like test & product development team, manufacturing, product planner, quality and failure analysis.
5. Candidate equipped with Wafer Level Testing Knowledge will be preferable.
6. Ensuring maximum equipment uptime, stable test cell performance, and efficient support to production.
7. At least 0-5 years of related working experience in related fields with sound knowledge of semiconductor digital device testing concepts, semiconductor device fabrication & manufacturing processes.
