Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for winning, on-boarding, maintaining and expanding relations with customers within an assigned territory by designing and implementing strategies for our products and providing the required service level and technical support to ensure a satisfactory user experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers and asking questions to pinpoint the best offerings, conducting demos or presentations to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, email, phone, social media, etc.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory’s /market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company, while also providing customers with optimal value.
- To comply with Company’s ISO 9001 requirements; Environmental, Safety & Health policy and Halal policy.
- To perform any other related tasks as may be deemed suitable by superior or Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
- Working experience with minimum 5 years industrial exposure or proven technical sales experience as a Sales Executive
- Proven sales management skills and achievement
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
