Responsibilities
Administrative Intern
As our Administrative Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules for employees and guests
- Responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Assisting with special projects and events, such as company-wide workshops and seminars
- Developing and implementing administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Analyzing data and providing insights to support business decisions
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide updates
- Creating and editing documents, presentations, and other materials in various software applications
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and protocols, with the ability to implement new processes and procedures as needed
