Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase business revenue
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage new technology and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a market edge
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue and customer acquisition goals
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to share knowledge, best practices, and insights
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth and expansion

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the sales industry
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
