Job Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service, inspiring them to excel in their roles!
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness!
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage food preparation and ensure timely order fulfillment, ensuring your customers are delighted!
• Take charge of inventory management, ensuring enough stock is available to meet customer needs and minimize waste!
• Organize and conduct staff training, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team!
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly & effectively, strengthening our customer relationships!
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff hours, ensuring accurate financial reporting!
• Collaborate with management to brainstorm and implement ways to improve the dining experience, consistently exceeding customer expectations!

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Proven experience leading and motivating teams is a huge plus!
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with team members and customers alike!
• Strong organizational and time management skills!
• Working knowledge of food handling and safety protocols is a real asset!
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional service!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if needed!
