Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight schedules, ticketing, and reservations
- Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Process travel documents and ensure the accurate handling of passenger information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the call center
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or diploma in a relevant field is preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused mindset with a friendly and positive attitude
