Project Manager

- Execute engineering and planning related to Data Centre network solution which includes
Core/Top of Rack (TOR) switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, NTP, Load Balancing, Network
management system, etc.
- Implement, monitor and maintain Data Centre network hardware and software and carry out
investigation and troubleshooting
- Develop Change Impact Assessment & deployment plan for review
- Ensure change request deliverables are achieved as per planned
- Execute delivery of data center network projects in a quality, timely, cost effective and efficient
way.
- Collaborate with Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) team
- Involve in incident management related
- Involve in managing and maintain service performance and reporting in ticketing system &
performance monitoring system
- Ensure new and existing Data Centre network assets are registered and updated
- Conduct all activities that comply to Standards Operation Procedure (SOP), Circulars,
Regulations and Audit requirements
- Provide input on development of new Knowledge Article
- Able to coordinate and keep track of all meetings
- Able to keep track of all change request required by project
- Able to allocate resources for projects and change requests
- Must be able to keep track and notify on contract deadlines
