Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all billing operations ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
- Maintain comprehensive records of financial transactions and reconciliations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing disputes and queries
- Monitor the collection of outstanding invoices and follow up with clients as needed
- Prepare monthly financial reports detailing billing activity
- Assist in the development of billing systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support audits as needed by providing necessary documentation and information
Job Requirements
- Possess a valid certificate or diploma in a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in billing or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with clients and team members
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
