Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and correspondence

  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain and update filing systems both electronically and physically

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and basic office equipment
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
