Job Description

* Responsible for day to day accounting operations of accounts payable, processes invoices, records payments, track expenses, inventory analysis, financial analysis and all other accounting related activities.
* Handling daily operation for Account Receivables.
* Prepare bank deposits, reconciliation of accounts.
* Issue invoice, resolve invoice and statement discrepancies.
* Cross-checked with corresponding invoice and ensure the accuracy of billing.
* Ensure data in system is accurate and posted correctly.
* Monitoring and ensuring the filling and documentation are done systematically.
* Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
* Responsibility for yearly financial audit preparation.
* Responsibility to gather and analysis expenses and financial report.
* To perform and carry out task and work that are assigned by the management from time to time.
