**What You’ll Do:**Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes across the organization.Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing administrative strategies that align with our business goals and enhance productivity.Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, providing exceptional support and fostering collaboration.Data Management: Analyze operational data to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.Project Coordination: Support various projects by coordinating resources, timelines, and communications to ensure successful execution

  • Managing scheduling needs such as setting up meetings, sending reminders,

and making appointments.

  • Communicating with clients and employees on behalf of executives.
  • Fulfilling bookkeeping, filing, and administrative tasks such as minute-taking,

handling corporate documents and writing memos.

  • Organising travel accommodations.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails,

drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf

  • Sorting incoming mail into categories (e.g. action required, no action required)

**What We’re Looking For:**Proven Experience: A background in business administration or a related field, with a track record of success in administrative roles.Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences.Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Analytical Thinker: A knack for analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies for improvement.Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and works well across departments.

  • Diploma/Degree in relevant field (Business)
  • Relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is bonus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Decision-making, problem-solving abilities, Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
