Job Responsibilities
- Assisting instructors with course preparation and setup
- Managing course materials and resources effectively
- Scheduling and coordinating training sessions or courses
- Maintaining accurate records and databases for course details and participants
- Responding to inquiries from students and instructors promptly and professionally
- Facilitating smooth communication between students and instructors
- Supporting administrative tasks to ensure efficient course running
Job Requirements
- Possessing a relevant certificate and able to communicate with 2 or 3 languages
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office, ZOOM and Google Workspace applications
- Having at least 1-3 years of related administrative experience
- Displaying strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exuding a positive and helpful attitude
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Being a reliable and dedicated team player
- Embracing a passion for contributing to a dynamic educational environment
