Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs across various IT projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders and customers, both online and in-person.
• Gather and document user requirements effectively.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation and specifications.
• Offer solutions to business challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Docs for documentation and tracking.
• Participate in post-implementation support and change management.
• Collaborate with QA team to define test cases and engage in user acceptance testing.
• Manage project commitments, deadlines, and occasional team leadership duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance or Management. A background in IT is highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst (preferable in Software Development industry).
• Must live in Klang Valley and have personal transportation.
• Good business acumen.
• Good problem-solving skills combining creativity and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with software industry terminology.
• Familiarity in using Jira and other documentation tools.
