Warehouse Executive / Assistant

Job Description

• To plan and to ensure container warehouse operations run smoothly.
• To inspect, to record and to report damages, repairs and conditions as well as cleanliness of containers.
• To conduct routine checks during the stuffing and de-stuffing of containers.
• To maintain accurate and appropriate records of loading, unloading, closing and sealing of containers.
• To keep track of containers inspection.
• Collaborate ad coordinate with other departments on container management.
• Able to work on shift/public holidays when necessary.

Requirement

• Possess certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistics.
• Must be good oral and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin will be added advantage.
• Must be a team player who can also work independently and under pressure.
• Computer literate: MS Office & MS Excel
• At least 3 years’ experience in warehousing and distribution in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
• Work location: Banting, Selangor
