nspects and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests; and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating required adjustments to production to the production supervisor.

Coordinate, audit, and ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with required specifications, quality, and standards.

Responsible for corrective and preventive measures that affect product quality.

Participate in Quality Gap Analysis investigations and help to identify root causes of quality incidents for the prevention of similar events in the future.

Responsible to compile Statistical Process Capability studies (SPC) and Capability (CPK) improvement on critical processes.

To create and review Operating Instruction, FMEA, Control Plan, Quality Plan, and Inspection standards.

Follow up closely with the respective process engineer or production engineer on improvement plans.

Follow up and monitor Product Type Test (internal/external).

Liaise with the QA/QC HOD, Production Supervisor, or Production HOD in order to improve the quality of the product.

Liaise with clients on product acceptance tests, investigate complaints, and initiate corrective actions.
