Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing quantity surveying reports and documentation
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues
• Analyze and assess construction costs, materials, and labour
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project feasibility and execution
• Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain accurate records and files

Requirements

• Currently a fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Structural Engineering
• No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and grow is essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with construction management software is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
