SALES ENGINEER (Fresh Graduate are Welcomed)

Requirement :

• Possess positive attitude, diligent, good problem solving skills and fast learner.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skill.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Possess current knowledge of industry and market trends and regulations.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.

Responsibilities:

• To manage key account and develop new business for domestic and export markets.
• To promote company products and services within selected target markets.
• To develop and conduct effective presentation to explain our company’s product to customers.
• Generate high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, work out the best proposal and negotiate pricing, completing sales and arranging deliveries.
• To maintain good customer relations, building rapport and provide sales support to all customers.
• To handle credits, complaints, enquiries, quotation and technical advisory commitment in accordance with the Company policies. Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
• To assist in planning of sales strategy to achieve the annual business plan.
• To manage sales visit and reporting. Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
