Responsibilities

To succeed as an Export Operation Coordinator administrative , you must be able to handle the following tasks:

• Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of export shipments
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including export declarations and certificates of origin
• Verify and ensure that all necessary documents are complete and accurate
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
• Monitor and track shipment movements to ensure timely arrival at destination
• Investigate and report any discrepancies or issues stocks and shipping schedule
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments and related documents
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 1-3 years minimum of working experience, plus points if in a similar role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to use computer software, including Microsoft Office and shipping management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Able to handle repetitive daily routine yet flexible when problem arise
