Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise on-site construction activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Prepare reports on project status, challenges, and solutions
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process
• Participate in project planning and scheduling activities
• Assist in maintaining project documentation and records

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Environmental Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in site engineering or supervision
• Strong understanding of construction processes and environmental compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and challenges
