Sales Engineer

Jobs Responsibility:

• Identify and develop new customers in Electric Vehicle division
• Meet/exceed sales growth objectives as established by Management.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposal from customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after sales support to customers.
• Prepare sales visits and activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by manager.
• Consistently provide feedback to the team in the organization regarding competition, product and/ or market needs.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops/trainings with customers.
• Attend and support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events that the company had participated.
• Maintain customers contact database.
• Timely follow up with customers for the invoice issued and ensure prompt collection and payment from customers.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 years’ working experience in E&E industry. However, fresh graduates under electrical/electronic/mechanical studies are encouraged to apply.
• A good understanding of EV charging technology, industry trends, and regulations, enabling informed discussions with clients and internal stakeholders will be added advantage.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Multi-lingual skills in speaking and writing will be an added advantage.
• Strong analysis, planning, Initiative & able to work independently.
• Possess good negotiation & decision-making skills.
• Systematic & positive problem-solving approach.
• Position available in Klang Valley and Penang Branch.
