Qc Inspector

JINGGUANG PLASTIC PRODUCTS (M) SDN BHD is currently looking for a QC INSPECTOR to join us. We are located in KAWASAN PERINDUSTRIAN SENAI, Johor Bahru, Johor, 81400.

Responsibilities:

• Reading blueprints and specifications
• Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process
• Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced
• Measuring products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
• Operating electronic inspection equipment and software
• Accepting or rejecting finished items
• Removing all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Reporting inspection and testing data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected

Requirements:

• Has a strong background in Manufacturing & Production QC related field and working experience of at least 1-2 years
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work environment
• Willing to work in Rolling Shift & 6 days work
