Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in the preparation and processing of documents and reports
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain filing systems and update records as necessary
- Respond to inquiries and serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and productivity
- Contribute to special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
