Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help resolve technical issues, and serve as the technical communication bridge between customers and the company while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Partner with the sales team to identify business opportunities, deliver solutions, and provide after-sales technical support; responsible for preparing technical documents such as project proposals, bids, test reports, and implementation plans.
- Collect and organize customer and market requirements, providing more accurate and timely feedback to back-end product and R&D teams.
- Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.
- Conduct technical exchanges and collaboration with partners.
- Handle ticket processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in IT or Internet-related companies; familiar with mainstream technologies and key vendor products in the cloud computing industry.
- Experience in after-sales, R&D, or operations and maintenance of medium-to-large-scale projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Passion for cloud native technologies, DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and container platform technology is highly valued.
