Supply Chain Executive

Job Description, Function & Responsibility:

1. To oversee daily operations tasked and assigned.
2. To apply knowledge of INCOTERM 2020 when checking documents.
3. To update SAGE 300 with the tasks assigned.
4. To keep track and update the immediate superior of all logistics operations assigned (Vessel Nomination and shipment monitoring)
5. To generate a report of all logistics operations assigned.
6. To prepare and handle both international and domestic trading documents.
7. To keep track and monitor logistic work involving a warehouse arrangement.
8. To assist in Inventory Management of the Warehouse and arrange for the cargo inbound and outbound.
9. To perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the immediate superior.
10. Able to issue and handle a complete set of shipping-related documents:-

• To prepare the Sales Contract according to deal concluded
• To prepare and check through LC Applications
• To prepare Packing List, Marine Insurance, Bill of Lading, Delivery Order etc.
• To prepare and check through Vessel Nomination and shipment Monitoring related documents.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Business Analytics / Operation Management or equivalent to it.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Possess strong track records of operation & supply chain management performances.
4. Must be ambitious, resourceful, strong initiative and self-organised.
5. Possess good interpersonal skills and a good attitude to work.
6. Must be an active and committed team player.
7. Possess good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
8. To have the knowledge and be able to apply INCOTERM 2020 is an added advantage.
9. Able to work with operating system interfaces such as SAGE 300.
10. Possess a good understanding of international and domestic trade
