Marketing Executive (Taman Daya Office)

Full job description

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
• Create marketing content including photos, videos, posters, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, roadshows, exhibitions, and in-store events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Monitor customer preferences, shopping behavior, and feedback.
• Work closely with Retail Operations team to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities.
• Coordinate production and distribution of POSM, flyers, signages, banners, and marketing materials.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, sales results, and customer engagement.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign summaries, and monthly activity updates.
• Support photography, videography, and content creation for marketing purposes.
• Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirement

Diploma in Maketing or equivalent

At least 3 years related working experience

Can speak and write in Mandarin
