• Support to IT infrastructure upgrade
• Installation and maintenance of user laptops, phones, printers…
• Procurement of IT equipment and supplies
• Reporting to the headquarters’ IT back office
• Follow up of issues with headquarters’ IT back office
• Maintaining IT policies, procedures and documentation
