Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase business revenue
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage new technology and tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a market edge
- Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue and customer acquisition goals
- Participate in regular sales meetings to share knowledge, best practices, and insights
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth and expansion
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the sales industry
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
