Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: -

Responsible to prepare specification for the project

- Responsible to source, negotiate and liaise with vendors on pricing, work scopes and credit terms.

- Prepare comparisons of the quotations and present the recommendations to the clients

- Prepare PO, filling and monitor outstanding PO

- Update the procurement tracker for your in-charge project

- Any ad-hoc work task as assigned by the Management

Requirements

-Male, female below 40 years old

- Degree in Quantity Surveying

- Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia

- Skill: AutoCad

- Posses own transport and able to travel

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

-Mandarin speaking is an advantage

- Can work in fast pace
