Service Engineer

Job Responsibility

• To provide technical support to workshop and customer in relation to power management controls, electronic governor system, control panel etc
• Liase and coordinate with customer on various aspect and stages of work
• Assist in sales calls and presentation planning & scheduling
• To ensure that all correct procedures are observed in the course of study
• Involve in the preparation of quotation for hardware sales, field service and tender proposal
• Consultation service to customers on product configuration and application
• To collect data and market intelligence for business analysis and decision making
• To identify, suggest and improve on areas of weakness that may be present in the course of work
• To comply to QMS & OHSAS requirement
• To perform any job as instruct by HOD/Superior

Requirements:

• • Male 18 years old above
  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical,Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of service experience in electronics control for engines and turbine. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • SCADA knowledge and experience wil be an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel to any location within Malaysia
