Job Summary
Responsible for managing financial records, reporting, and supporting overall financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full/partial sets of accounts
- Prepare invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and closing
- Monitor cash flow and expenses
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Maintain proper documentation (invoices, receipts, vouchers)
- Assist with audit and payroll processes
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fresh graduates are welcome
