It Software Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving software solutions to support business operations and client requirements. This role involves coding, testing, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web/mobile applications and internal systems
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and security
• Maintain proper documentation for all development work
• Stay updated with latest technologies and frameworks

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Knowledge in programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript)
• Familiar with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology is an advantage
