Job Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality
• Develop production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production workflows and implement improvements
• Implement and monitor safety and quality control measures throughout the production process
• Manage resources, materials, and staff effectively to achieve production goals
• Prepare production reports and present findings to management for strategic decision-making
• Stay updated with manufacturing trends and technologies to drive innovation within the organization

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a production engineering role
• Proficient in AutoCAD and strong management skills
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively in a team environment
