Marketing Responsibilities
• Promote educational programs through various marketing channels including social media,
school visits, education fairs, and exhibitions.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, email campaigns, video editing
and online content.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHungShu etc.) to engage potential
students and build brand awareness.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to meet student recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with external vendors (designers, printers, media agencies) for promotional work.
• Track marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and student inquiries.
Sales Responsibilities
• Handle student inquiries from walk-ins, online forms, emails, and calls.
- Liaise with Admissions Coordinator, marketers, agents and students on a daily basis
regarding applications, support documents for applications and assessments
documents.
• Advise prospective students and parents on course offerings, entry requirements, fees, and
career pathways.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments through timely communication.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with education agents, schools, and referral partners.
• Participate in education fairs, roadshows, and school visits to recruit students.
• Work towards monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and report on sales performance.
• Submit universities applications
