- Turn Ideas into Visuals & Explore Creative Approaches: Able to execute ideas into visuals, and willing to experiment with different design approaches for social media and ads that connect with the intended audience
- Assisting designers: Assist on resizing existing graphics and making minor edits on creatives. Assist on sourcing for visual or video assets. image editing & manipulations
- Work with the Team: Able to communicate and blend in well with the team, delivering effective content and design strategies
- Positive Attitude: Able to adapt to changing of tasks requirements, work as directed, have a self-motivated, self-breakthrough, attention to details and goods communicative skills
- Design Marketing Materials: Design simple social media graphics, email banners, or minor video edits with the help of senior designers
- Research & Inspiration: Collecting references
