Delivery Engineer (Automation & Robotics)

Key Responsibilities】

1. On-Site Deployment & Commissioning

• Lead the hardware assembly, software debugging, fine-tuning, and environment mapping of AGV/AMR robotics systems at customer facilities (warehouses/manufacturing plants).
• Conduct system-level integration testing to ensure seamless coordination between robots, fleet management software, and peripheral machinery.

2. End-to-End Project Delivery

• Manage the full project delivery lifecycle on-site, moving from initial system trials and stress-testing to official customer acceptance and final sign-off.
• Monitor on-site execution timelines and report progress regularly to the project management team.

3. Technical Troubleshooting & Support

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex industrial control and electrical faults (such as PLCs, sensors, safety systems, and network communication bottlenecks) in high-pressure environments.
• Establish emergency response protocols for sudden on-site technical failures to minimize project downtime.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact on-site, effectively liaising and aligning resources among internal R&D, project managers, and third-party subcontractors to clear roadblocks.

5. Training & Technical Documentation

• Deliver professional, hands-on technical training to the client’s operational and maintenance staff.
• Compile, update, and archive standard deployment journals, issue logs, and site-specific troubleshooting manuals.

【Job Requirements】

1. Educational Background

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

2. Experience & Technical Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on technical experience in the industrial automation or robotics industry. Direct experience in AGV/AMR commissioning, deployment, or system delivery is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, including PLCs, sensors, actuators, and industrial network communication protocols.
• Proficient in utilizing technical diagnostic tools, command-line interfaces, and standard office applications.
• Prior track record of executing at least one full-lifecycle overseas project delivery (including commissioning, acceptance, and technical hand-over) is highly advantageous.

3. Soft Skills & Competencies

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory. Candidates must be able to communicate smoothly with Mandarin-speaking R&D teams and confidently handle technical queries from global clients.
• Strong logical reasoning, fast learning agility, and excellent crisis-management skills to adapt to fast-paced project environments.
• Outstanding cross-cultural communication, a customer-centric mindset, and a strong sense of accountability.

4. Nationality & Contractual Requirements

• Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) are preferred.
• Non-Singaporean candidates are welcome to apply, provided they are comfortable with an initial onboarding phase via a Consultant Agreement framework.
