Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Receives and stores ingredients, supplies, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner
• Assists with waste disposal and recycling programs
• Maintains inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment
• Supports kitchen operations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
• Maintains a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation
• Collaborates with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Adheres to menu specification and presentation guidelines

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg)
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Availability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
