Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling sales, returns, and exchanges with minimal errors
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to enhance customer appeal and engagement
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered, staying up-to-date with new arrivals and promotions
• Support stock management, receiving, and restocking of merchandise
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment
• Certificate or Diploma in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, hospitality)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and sales transactions
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand for long periods
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
