Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct meetings with team members to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and areas for improvement
• Implement visual merchandising standards to maintain a visually appealing store environment
• Manage stock levels, inventory, and stockroom operations to ensure efficient inventory control
• Conduct stock takes, audits, and cycle counts to maintain accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and achieve revenue targets
• Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless store operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support store operations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail management experience with a proven track record of achievement in sales and team management
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business or retail management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and customers
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage stock levels and inventory control
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent leadership and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
