我们是一家专注于咖啡、调酒及烘焙技能培训的职业培训学院，致力于帮助学生及在职人士进入并发展于餐饮（F&B）行业。现诚邀一位销售与市场执行员，协助推广课程并提升学员报名人数。

工作职责

• 通过 WhatsApp、电话、社交媒体及上门咨询 处理课程询问
• 根据学员需求，推荐合适课程，并协助完成 报名及付款流程
• 跟进潜在客户，达成 每月招生目标
• 维护学员关系，收集反馈与学员推荐/见证
• 协助 社交媒体内容制作、线上推广及营销活动
• 支持 线下活动（开放日、路演、教育展等）
• 与讲师及内部团队协调，确保销售与市场信息一致

任职要求

• 对 销售与市场工作 有兴趣，愿意挑战业绩目标
• 良好的沟通能力，性格友善、以客户为导向
• 能以 中文沟通；具备基本 英文（会马来语者优先）
• 对 咖啡 / 调酒 / 烘焙 有兴趣（有相关经验者更佳）
• 马来西亚公民 / 永久居民 / 持有效工作准证

加分条件

• 有课程销售、教育顾问、电销或社交媒体经验
• 可接受偶尔出镜拍摄短视频
• 拥有交通工具，能配合外出活动

We are a vocational training institute specialising in coffee, bartending and baking courses, helping students and working adults build careers in the F&B industry. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our programmes and drive student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle course enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, social media and walk-ins
• Advise students on suitable courses and guide them through registration & payment
• Follow up on leads and achieve monthly enrolment targets
• Maintain relationships with students and collect feedback/testimonials
• Assist with social media content, online promotions and campaigns
• Support offline events such as Open Days, roadshows and education fairs
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to align sales & marketing activities

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales & marketing, willing to work towards targets
• Good communication skills; friendly and customer-oriented
• Able to communicate in Mandarin; basic English (Bahasa Melayu is a plus)
• Interest in coffee, bartending or baking (experience is an advantage)
• Malaysian / PR / valid work permit

Nice to have:

• Experience in course sales, education consultancy, telesales or social media
• Comfortable appearing on camera for short videos
• Own transport & willing to travel for events
