Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location:

1. Kreate Foodhall @ ParkCity Medical Centre
2, Kreate Cafe @ Prince Court Medical Centre

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
2. Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff, kitchen crew, and bussing staff
3. Maintain high-quality food standards
4. Oversee our kitchen staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
5. Provide exceptional customer service and lead the staffs to do the same
6. Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
7. Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience
8. Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods and cleaning products
9. Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
10. Identify and execute methods that the restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
11. Manage and plan the work schedules of our restaurant’s staff

Job Requirements:

1. Applicant must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent
2. Applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years of F&B operations experience including 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Excellent operational, administrative and interpersonal skills
4. Confident, persistent, dedicated and able to work with minimal guidance
5. Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
6. Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
7. Willing to travel
