Night Shift Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes during night shifts to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Conduct quality control checks to identify and rectify any defects or issues
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and other relevant data
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and resolve any issues that may arise
• Implement and maintain standardized processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Respond to and resolve issues related to production equipment and machinery
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Report any incidents or near-miss incidents to management and take corrective action
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 year of experience in manufacturing or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg)
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
• Physical stamina to work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production targets
