Job Responsibilities

• Execute quality control inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Identify defects and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and report findings to management
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving quality control processes and procedures
• Conduct training sessions for staff on quality assurance practices
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations pertaining to quality control

Job Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance/control in manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of quality management systems and tools is an advantage
