Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting on various types of air conditioning equipment, including split systems, window units, and central air systems
• Install new air conditioning systems, including ventilation, piping, and electrical connections
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues, and offering advice on air conditioning solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and support the growth of our business
• Conduct site assessments to identify and address potential air conditioning-related issues
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize system efficiency
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest air conditioning technologies and techniques
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repair, and installation activities

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, including ventilation, piping, and electrical connections
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Physical stamina to lift and maneuver heavy equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications, such as scheduling and inventory management tools
