Physical Education Teacher (Primary & Secondary))

• Plan and prepare well-structured, clearly presented lessons appropriate to the abilities of all students and the syllabus being taught.
• To be able to teach Cambridge curriculum and Pearson Edexcel IAL
• Develop course materials like homework assignments, syllabi and handouts.
• Providing extra support to students that require it.
• Strong organisational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Maintain and update student attendance records, grades and varied required records.
• Promoting and supporting extra-curricular activities.
• Updating professional knowledge and expertise as appropriate to keep up to date with developments in teaching practice and methodology, in general, and the curriculum area of the related subjects
• Maintaining an orderly-working atmosphere in the classroom, following the school’s policies on behaviour, health and safety and equal opportunities.
• Liaison with parents and colleagues where appropriate.
• Attending meetings, training sessions, online workshops, and other continuing education initiatives.

Job Requirements
• Must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Sports, Physical Education or related field. Master degree holder of related field is preferred.
• Must have worked in a school environment for a minimum of 2 years.
• High level of interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students and staff.
• The ability to further develop outcomes and participation for all.
• Able to commit to weekends and afterschool sports competitions
