Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and data, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as cash flow records
  • Process invoices and payments, reconcile vendor statements, and perform other accounting-related tasks
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, maintaining accurate audit trails and records
  • Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and current information
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial and accounting issues
  • Maintain organized and secure filing systems for both physical and digital records
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and related accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when handling financial data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
