Quantity Surveyor (QS)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating costs, managing budgets, preparing tender documents, and ensuring value for money while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documents.
• Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
• Manage contractual claims, variations, and progress payments.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, claims, and work done.
• Ensure that all work complies with contractual, legal, and quality standards.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, sub-contractors, workers, and clients.
• Perform site visits to monitor progress and ensure cost control.
• Prepare project claim, final accounts claim and project cost reports.
• Provide advice on procurement strategy and risk management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior design fit-out and renovation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
