Sales Coordinator

Luft Energia Group Sdn Bhd is one of the professional compressed air treatment, filtration, separation and purification system solutions provider. Focusing on R & D, production, sales and services. We are looking for Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position is vital part of our team, providing administrative, logistical and data management support to ensure our sales team focusing on closing deals. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute directly to the team’s success and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Order management

• Coordinate sales activities and schedules, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process sales orders
• Assist sales team with quotation, contract and marketing materials.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  B. Logistics
• Responsible in processing all deliveries project and related request.
• Preparing all documents direct or indirect related to outgoing deliveries, delivery orders, commercial invoice, packing list, shipping mark and Certificate of Origin with local authorities.
• To expedite all incoming deliveries with freight forwarder and transporters by updating data in the system.
• Ensure import and export documentations are prepared correctly for custom formalities.
• Coordinating with warehouse personal on orders packing, crating, storage space, stuffing and unstuffing and delivery arrangements.
• Good knowledge in import and export practices to abide in legal requirements.

C. Other tasks that could be assigned

Requirement:
1.Prefer with experience
2.Diploma and above, age between 24-40 years old.
3.Must be able to speak and write English, Chinese and Malay
4.Computer literate, with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
5.Good at communication, assisting sales on daily activities
